Description

Two Cups is a platforming love story about a mug and a teacup who fall in love and start a relationship. While enjoying their time together, a giant cat emerges behind them and ruthlessly smashes the teacup. The pieces are scattered across the world to different regions and areas. Though saddened, the mug is determined to save their beloved by journeying to collect all the teacup pieces. Once all the pieces are combined, restoring the teacup and the cups' loving relationship may be possible. It'll be a long journey to completion and that cat is still lurking and posing a threat.

About Two Cups

Many platforming games have been created with love as the driving motivator, leading to many adventures. This game is another quest to restore a love that was quite literally destroyed by a massive force. The mug is a typical platforming hero with all the basic moves and abilities needed to survive in such a scenario. Their most significant strength is that they're more resilient than some heroes, but still too bulky to be as agile. You'll learn how to use the mug's movement while seeing how big their hitbox is and how you can work with it, especially on smaller platforms.

Controls

W/Up Arrow/Spacebar - Jump
A/Left Arrow - Move Left
D/Right Arrow - Move Right
S/Down Arrow - Drop Down

The goal of each level is to collect all the pieces and then reach the exit. The piece counter is at the top, while the mini-map is in the right corner. The mug's health is displayed as three hearts in the top left corner. If the mug loses all of its hearts, it must restart the level.

The main menu leads to a map screen, which the mug will cross by completing the levels in sequence. When the mug enters a level, it will be in a contained area with scattered pieces in different locations. The mug must explore and collect all the pieces before the exit opens, and it can move on to the next level. While collecting the pieces, the mug must avoid dangers like spike traps and enemies patrolling. Some enemies can be defeated by jumping on their heads directly. The quest will end once the mug finds all of the teacup's pieces.

Ātri padomi

The mug can jump high and move at a decent pace, but it tends to slide around and the jump can be delayed. The most significant danger is the bottomless pit some levels will have, which will not always be indicated. Don't drop off any ledges or down through any platforms unless you're sure you'll land on something. The mini-map is extremely useful for tracking.
